Founded in 2013 by Jeff Stolz (Texas A&M Class of ’96), Stolz Mechanical Contractors, LLC was built on a foundation of experience, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right. What began with Jeff’s background in steel construction grew into a company strengthened by the addition of Quinn Collins (Texas A&M Class of ’05), whose mechanical engineering expertise helped expand SMC’s capabilities. Together, their combined knowledge and values have shaped SMC into a trusted name in water and wastewater system rehabilitation, known for practical solutions, value engineering, and lasting results.
